In some cases we are able to make alternative pickup arrangements. For alternative in-person pickup dates, you MUST text us at 978-395-7077 within 1 days of the auction close to make alternative arrangements.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

There are shipping options available (US Only) on certain items as follows:

If your item is shippable, it will be indicated in the item description. We will ship any item smaller than 22 inches “in house.” For larger items, we will utilize third party shipping.

IN HOUSE SHIPPING
-If your item is an item shippable by us, (indicated in description) text (978-395-7077) or email your name, mailing address and invoice # to walt@capeannauction.com stating you'd like to arrange in-house shipping.
-For in-house shipping we use USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex, it's our choice.
-You will be billed separately for the shipping.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING
Some items are ONLY available via 3rd party shipping, by Easy Ship and Pack of Gloucester, MA - 127 Eastern Ave, Gloucester, MA - PH# 978-281-4641

We will deliver your item and your invoice to the shipper for FREE, but our responsibility ends there. We are not responsible for your item once it's dropped off at the shipper's location.

We have no control over the fees they charge for shipping, packing and insurance. It is on you to pay all shipping costs to Easy Pack And Ship.
