If you are not picking up and are out of State, we ship within a reasonable time period, we are NOT Amazon, so don't expect instant deliveries. We generally campaign shipments so it may be one to two weeks before a shipment is packed and shipped. All shipments are sent via USPS and billed through your Auction Ninja account on file with them. We only ship to the registered address, no exceptions. Failure to pay the shipping charges results in immediate loss of the item. Failure to pick up your item results in the item being shipped and billed to your Auction Ninja account. Failure to pay for the item can result in criminal prosecution. All sales are final, no returns, no credits, no compromises. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any items sold, shipped or received. Again, all sales are final, no exceptions.
