This Seller has not shipped my records from the Jun 3, 2025 Auction. I spoke with Paul's Boutique on 6/15 and 7/9, 2025, each time he gave an excuse then promised to ship my records that day. But never did. As you can read the Auction Ninja reviews, he has scammed multiple people. Paul's Boutique is also a Record Store in Vernon CT. Read the reviews there, same scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I won multiple records with these people and spent nearly $300. I have called, emailed, texted, and sent messages directly through Auction Ninja to request shipping (which is advertised as being offered) and these people will simply not respond to me.

EDIT: after several calls I finally got my albums. Still 1 star. Why? Flagrant lying about ratings. Tons of these albums are absolute junk

It's been months and they are just totally ignoring me. This is theft. This is really getting to chargeback territory. Do not bid with these people

Won 9 albums over 3 weeks ago, reached out to Paul's Boutique and to Auction Ninja about non-delivery and have been completely ignored by both. BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR and for that matter AUCTION NINJA as well. I've successfully bid and won and received items on this platform before, but if they won't give you support in receiving an item, how can you trust the platform?
