Auctions for Good: Avant Garde Estate Sales and Realities for Children

For the past four years, Avant Garde Estate Sales has partnered with Realities for Children, encouraging clients to donate items that may not be ideal for auction but still hold value for others. Rather than allowing these items to go to waste, Avant Garde recognized an opportunity to turn unused possessions into meaningful community support—sparking a partnership that continues to make a lasting difference for families across Northern Colorado.

This evening marks the culmination of those efforts with the close of Avant Garde’s 4th Annual charity auction, where 100% of proceeds will be donated to Realities for Children, a community-based organization dedicated to providing resources and support for children in need.

Through this ongoing initiative, Avant Garde Estate Sales demonstrates that sustainability and community care can go hand in hand—proving that giving back can be both practical and profoundly impactful.
