Are You a Reseller? 5 Easy Steps to Upload Your Tax Certificate to AuctionNinja for Tax Exemption

AuctionNinja makes it easy for resellers to receive platform-wide sales tax exemption. Follow these steps to learn how you can upload your tax ID today:

1. Log in and navigate to "My Account." 

2. Select "My Account," then "Account." 

3. Select "Preferences" in the 'Account' drop-down menu.

4. Scroll down to 'Tax Information' and select "Edit." 

5. Enter your tax information, upload a copy of your tax certificate, and select "Save." 

Please note: The information on the tax certificate must exactly match the information on the AuctionNinja account profile (contact name, business name, business address, etc.). Exceptions cannot be made and will not be entertained.

It can take our team one to two business days (24-48 business hours) to review your documentation and properly vet the information on the uploaded certificate. Our team might ask you for some additional information. If we deny your certificate for any reason, you will receive an email with our team's contact information.
