BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO PICK UP ITEMS WON during our 3 days pickup: October 10th, Oct. ...view more11th & Oct. 12th from 1:30 to 6 pm or FORFEIT THEM WITHOUT REFUND & NO CHARGE BACKS WILL BE CREATED. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR PAID ITEMS IF YOU NEGLECT TO PICK UP ON THE SELECTED DATES & TIMES THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES AVAILABLE PLEASE PLAN AHEAD IN CASE YOU HAVE AN UNEXPECTED EMERGENCY!

Shipping is available to those who chose "shipping" when they signed into our auction. If you did not choose shipping and want your order shipped you must contact us before 10/10/24 by 6 pm to request the change as our shipping department is closed after that date. Which means you will have to pick up your items on the remaining pickup days shown. We cannot hold your items everything needs to be picked up or marked for shipping. Please plan ahead!

If you win items and your credit card on file with Auction Ninja declines to pay for your purchases we will wait 2 days to retry the charge. After that date your bidding privileges on Auction Ninja are blocked unless you want to pay your invoice to unblock your account. PLEASE NOTE if you pay the invoice after the 2nd day following the auction end you will not receive your items. At that point you agree that you are paying the blocked invoice to regain bidding privileges only, not to receive any items. Please make sure your credit card is in good standing before you bid and if you are shipping please make sure funds are available to recharge your card for shipping & handling!

YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS BY ENTERING THIS AUCTION AND PLACING BIDS. All sales are final there are no refunds or exchanges if you win it you own it. We do not cancel bids or void unpaid invoices be responsible in your bidding. If you have questions on a specific item give us a call. Shipping is available on items marked with the shipping icon we also write SHIP OR PICKUP or NO IN-HOUSE SHIPPING on every item offered, we ship 90% of what we offer in most of our sales.

If we cannot provide in-house shipping it will say "no in-house shipping". Shipping may take up to 10 days please be patient you will receive your items as soon as we can get them out. Please note if we ship larger items you will see a BOX FEE PRICE included in the write up for that item, items that need a brown box to travel by UPS etc. You may be charged a box fee for large orders that require special boxes to save you shipping costs. Sometimes the difference between Priority and UPS shipping cost is up to $50. so the small box fee is well worth the cost! Box fees are in addition to the $8 handling fee per your entire order (not per item lot purchased) and your actual postage/insurance costs via UPS or USPS. We use a discounted shipper to save you postage.

We do not cancel bids or take blame if you did not read our terms. This is a contract to bid in our auction, by bidding you agree that you have read & approve of the terms provided here. Didn't see any terms? Auction Ninja will not allow you to bid unless you checked the mark that says you read it!! It is your job as a bidder to read the terms of every auction there may be different terms for different sellers.

We place a 21" ruler scale in one of the photos for each lot to show you size please view all photos. Items shipped by "in-house shipping" are well packed and it takes time, may take up to 10 days to pack as we are limited on staff. We ship Priority mail or UPS only with a box fee of $8. plus actual shipping & insurance cost per order, we will use whatever size box is needed to ship your items safely. Please remember if you purchase glass framed items or extremely fragile pieces they may ship in a separate box from your other items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AS SHOWN. We try our best to note damages that are visible but we are human and handling hundreds of pieces every week. Please feel free to text or email with any questions or concerns before you bid. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage or used items found around the home. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use if you are purchasing a vintage item. When reading our description on the items please note this is our opinion it is not a guarantee of age, origin etc. we are not experts just describing what we see. We refer to unmarked jewelry as gold or silver which means color, it may not have karat content if it is unmarked. We will tell you if we see a marking on the metal. We encourage you to view the photos provided and ask any questions you may have regarding items of interest. Please note the wooden box displays, foam heads & other props we use in our photos are not included with the items they are just for display.
