YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR PAID ITEMS IF YOU NEGLECT TO PICK UP ON THE SELECTED DATES & TIMES LISTED IN THIS AUCTION. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES AVAILABLE PLEASE PLAN AHEAD IN CASE YOU HAVE AN UNEXPECTED EMERGENCY THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS FORFEITED BECOME THE PROPERTY OF BID TO WIN NH AUCTION. Bid in both of our auctions this month that end a day apart. WE HAVE COMBINED PICKUP TIMES & SHIPPING FOR BOTH AUCTIONS SO YOU CAN GET EVERYTHING AT ONE TIME.
We have 2 auctions ending this week with combined pickup in Milford NH with in-shipping available on most items. It will say in the each items description IN-HOUSE SHIPPING OR PICKUP AVAILABLE or NO IN-HOUSE SHIPPING. We now offer SPECIALTY SHIPPING on larger items that previously needed to be packed and shipped by UPS. You will see a Specialty rate in the items listing as a packing fee. You will pay the actual postage costs along with this fee. Please read the description before you bid. No refunds will be given if you win an item that is not marked for shipping if you cannot pick it up!
Shipping is available to those who chose "shipping" when they signed into our auction. If you did not choose shipping and want your order shipped you must contact us before FEB. 20th by 6 pm to request the change as our shipping department is closed after that date & time. If you do not contact us before that time you will have to pick up your items on the remaining pickup days shown regardless of the distance. We cannot hold or store your items everything needs to be picked up or scheduled ahead of time for shipping. Please plan ahead.
PAYMENT for items won or for shipping: If you win items and your credit card on file with Auction Ninja declines to pay for your purchases (or shipping payment fees if that is the case) we will contact you then wait 24 hours to retry the charge. After that time your bidding privileges on Auction Ninja are blocked unless you want to pay your invoice to unblock your account. PLEASE NOTE if you pay the invoice after the 24 hour period following the auction end you will not receive your items. At that point you agree that you are paying the blocked invoice only to regain bidding privileges, not to receive any goods. Please make sure your credit card is in good standing before you bid and if you are shipping please make sure funds are available to recharge your card for shipping & handling so it doesn't tie us up to ship. We will not wait for shipping payment if you card on file declines we will notify you wait 12 hours and retry your card. After that time your items are forfeited without refund as our shipping department is closed . We cannot wait for shipping payment please be sure the funds are available. We are a small auction company doing a big job help us by doing your part.
YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS BY ENTERING THIS AUCTION AND PLACING BIDS. All sales are final there are no refunds or exchanges if you win it you own it, all items are sold as is where is. We have built our business on honesty. If you have questions please call. We sell everything as shown we will point out damages if we see them you could double check the items condition by viewing the photos. We do not cancel bids or void unpaid invoices so be a responsible bidder. If you have questions on a specific item give us a call or text us at (603) 235-8439 we answer your questions usually within the hour or at least the same day.
We request that you call or text us for a pickup time slot once you win items to make pickup easier on us all, CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR PICKUP INFO.
We offer "in-house" shipping with a $10. handling fee (for the complete order not each lot) to cover packing materials so your items get to you safely. Please note that small items like jewelry will only be charged $5 handling due to the smaller packing box. The handling fee covers everything you win in the combined auctions we will add the exact shipping cost to this fee once the package is ready to ship and charge your c/c on file with AN. Shipping may take us up to 7 days please be patient you will receive your items as soon as we can get them out. We are a small business doing big favors for buyers by offering this in-house packing service to keep the shipping costs down for our out of state buyers. Appreciate your patience.
Please note if we ship larger items you may see a BOX FEE PRICE included in the write up for that item, these are items that need a brown box to travel by UPS etc. and we have to purchase them. You may also be charged a box fee for large orders that require special boxes to save you shipping costs. Sometimes the difference between USPS Priority and UPS shipping cost is up to $50. so the small box fee is well worth the cost to receive the cheaper shipping price! Box fees are in addition to the $10. handling fee per your entire order (not per item lot purchased) and your actual postage/insurance costs via UPS or USPS. We use a discounted shipper and charge you what they charge us! We have common sense box fees if you purchase multiple items that require box fees and they will all fit into one large box you will only pay once for the box. Not to worry we are looking out for you. We ship over 850 boxes a year you can trust that your purchases are in good hands with our in-house shipping crew!
We do not cancel bids or take blame if you did not read our terms. This is a contract to bid in our auction, by bidding you agree that you have read & approve of the terms provided here. Didn't see any terms? Sure you did because Auction Ninja will not allow you to bid unless you check mark the box that says you read it!! It is your job as a bidder to read the terms of every auction you bid in as there may be different terms for different sellers, don't assume take a moment and read it.
See our photos for size, we have a ruler in our photos of each item. We try our best to note damages that are visible but we are human and handling hundreds of pieces every week. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage or used items found around the home. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use if you are purchasing a vintage item. When reading our description on the items please note this is our personal opinion it is not a guarantee of age, origin etc. we are not experts just describing what we see as we look at each item. We refer to unmarked jewelry as gold or silver which means color, it may not have karat content if it is unmarked. We will tell you if we see a marking on the metal however we do not test metals. We encourage you to view the photos provided and ask any questions you may have regarding items of interest. Please note the wooden box displays, foam heads & other props we use in our photos are not included with the items they are just for display.
