Pick-up Address: Will be provided upon payment of your winning bid. We will email and/or text you the information.
Items not picked up during this time, unless other arrangements have been made will be considered abandoned.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

• All sales are final, no credits or returns.
• All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS.
• Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.
• Please refer to photos as part of the description. Remember you are purchasing pre-owned items so there may be some normal wear and tear. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. If you have any concerns please email us at jill@bhmestatesales.com.
• Please do not bid if you are unsure of what you are getting. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
• ****NO EXCEPTIONS**** - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
• SHIPPING is available please send an email releasing your items to the shipper of your choice. We recommend uship.com for larger items being shipped more long distance and for smaller items we recommend USPS, UPS and Fedex .
