I love the items and they are as described, the shop owner is wonderful and the shop is as well. 5stars!!!

I showed up and was told the owner could not find an item that I won. I was refunded in cash for my winning bid however I still paid a buyer premium and tax on that and that was not returned. Highly disappointed and I feel that if you don't have an item in possession then you shouldn't post it for auction. To me it's a form of fraud.
