Overall it was not a good experience. Terrible communication, absolutely no response when I contacted about not being able to make the pickup time.

THEY CAN'T MAKE THE PICKUP TIME THEY LOSE THE ITEM... SAYS THAT RIGHT IN THE DESCRIPTION FOR THE AD. It's our policy to allow for a grace period, but only a day or two....we don't store stuff for long periods of time because someone can't make a pickup. That's not fair to us.
