Lovely Home located in the Heart of Stony Brook. Nice Big Clean home where things were gently used. These folks have not been there for a while and are CLOSING by April 1. Everything needs to be gone. With that said our pictures were not taken with our usual equipment, therefore, compromising the photos, however, everything is in lovely shape. Please call me with any questions. I am going to be editing the auction today with descriptions. Because the time frame is short I wanted to get this up quicker than usual so I didn't add information like I normally do for the sake of time. So please make sure you contact us to let us know you are on your way and what time you will be arriving. We will be using gloves and Masks to ensure everyone's safety. The Bigger Items that need to be moved out By several people will be done One at a time. In between we will spray and wipe things down to ensure your safety. Do Not Bid if you are unable to Pick-up on the designated Days. Items left behind will be forefeited without refund. Pick-up Is During the Week.
