BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due including sale price, buyer’s premium and all applicable sales tax. Please do not bid if you are unable to to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or credits.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file at the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.

While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We strongly suggest you bring packing materials and additional help if needed. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle. Movers may be available at an additional cost however we cannot guarantee availability.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued, and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee, nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.

ALL AUCTION ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS". NO EXCEPTIONS! LOCAL PICK UP ONLY! Since all the items in this listing are small we offer shipping on anything in this auction. There is a one time $5 surcharge to ship which covers time to wrap and the packaging materials and then exact shipping cost as well which can be paid via Venmo or Credit Card over the phone. There is only one $5 surcharge, so if you win say 5 lots of cups and cards, and then the usps shipping cost is $6.23 to ship them all together you will need to pay a total of $11.23 via venmo or credit card over the phone in additional to winning bids to have them shipped.
