I would not purchase from this company again. Especially anything fragile that you want shipped. The picture I won was improperly packaged with only minimal bubble wrap and came broken. No refund of any sort given.

This was my first time picking-up anything on Auction Ninja - I was a little apprehensive because I saw some negative reviews on Yelp... I am not sure what is wrong with those people. The whole process was a breeze, the furniture was as it appeared in the pictures - nothing misleading. I would buy again and enjoyed my experience.

This group should not be affiliated with AuctionNinja in any way. They are not a true auction house and reality don't want to sell or make you as the customer happy or taken care in the least. You contact them about shipping policies and how they work as they are very vague shipping, then when you get your invoice there's a declaration that they do NOT ship over $250.00 in auction fees??!!? I specifically texted them about their lack of information on shipping and that I was getting a sad typo error filled page when checking their shipping rules and info. In their response they never once mentioned not shipping over $25.00 in purchases! Who wouldn't want to sell hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise to buyers with 6-8 years of top rated backgrounds? Avoid this group as an ongoing investigation into possible CC# scam. Please be careful.
