Do NOT do business with this seller, regardless of if you are a seller or buyer, and they offer great deals!! They advertise they will mail items (to make it easier for buyers) and then refuse to do so "because buyers were taking advantage of them." (Wha'?? Buyers expect to pay extra for shipping. If they are going to advertise the service, then do it. Otherwise, that is false advertising and bait-and-switch sales tactics. ILLEGAL!!) After driving hours to pick up my items, people were calling waiting on the street for the sale to start. Suddenly, a person from the organization flew out of the house, screamed at individuals waiting and told them to leave or he would call the cops. Scary! Once the sale opened, the items were in a garage, they were placed on sheets of paper instead of neatly filed in numbered zippered bags, and everything stunk of cigarette smoke from the staff. This is NOT an organization to do business with!! Ick!!

I just purchased an item that was picked up this week. When I got home the item, an electronic keyboard, did not work. I have sent an email and spoke with a woman by phone, who said she would look into it and get back to me. I have yet to receive a response via email or phone. I did not pay alot for the item, but did drive 45 minutes each way which pickup the item and would have appreciated a response and resolution.

I have a lot of bids to keep track of and many take days to get to the shipping. Most vendors are helpful in sorting out the shipping and communicative if they have an item that has not been communicated as to shipping. This vendor offered shipping but no email in the win email, which was required to reply to for shipping. Yes, I have to click through 4 steps to get to their email through the app after the bid. This is annoying and they know it. It was 12 days and my item was "forfeet". Would not do business again.

I bought 3 Russian lacquer boxes. The bottom of the largest box was separated from the sides of the box. This damage was not depicted in the pictures nor mentioned. In the description. My mistake was not checking each box thoroughly when I picked them up. I emailed Nathan and he asked for pictures which I provided. Most companies would make some attempt to remedy the issue. I haven't heard another word from him after sending pictures and another f/u email. Won't buy from him again. Buyers, check everything before you sign for your item(s)! Sneaky, unprofessional way to do business.
