I bought a bag in and auction this week and picked up today that was advertised as LV and it is NOT a LV bag. Based on the pictures you listed and the description it was hard to see the inside of the bag and the label. I guess I should've known when you didn't take a picture of an actual serial number which all LV bags have inside. It does say it has condition issues and it's sold as is but you advertised it as and LV bag And it's NOT! So I just paid $80 for a fake bag which is unacceptable in my opinion. If you weren't sure if it was real you should have said that in the listing NOT advertised it as an LV bag. Very disappointing

Ugh. This item was not checked for viability at all. I picked it up and the process was very easy and they were very organized - that's a complete plus. However, I really should have asked if the camera had been checked before being put up for bid. I could not open the battery compartment, really bad sign. I had to pry it open with a screwdriver and found that the 4 batteries were completely leached into the compartment, thus unable to open it as it should have been. Lessons learned, do not buy an electronic sight unseen without asking questions. I don't know if they will refund or not. I will be reaching out to them.

While my overall experience was good, I am disappointed that one of my lots was taken by someone else. Auctioneer/owner Mike tried his best to figure out who might have taken my items so he could call them and ask them to return the lot, but to no avail. While I was there, another lady showed up (having driven TWO HOURS) to pick up one lot which also turned up missing. Mike also mentioned that a valuable purse lot had been taken by someone other than the winning bidder. That's just far too much theft for my liking. While I don't suspect any wrongdoing by Mike or any of his wonderful employees, I think he needs to take steps to prevent this from happening again. Whether it be investing in a portable surveillance system that records EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, or posting a person at the exit who will literally check to make sure every single item that someone is leaving with is part of a lot that they have paid for. Mike quickly refunded every penny of what I paid for the lot that was stolen, and I saw him refund the other lady too, so that wasn't an issue. Since I was picking up several lots, my hour long drive wasn't in vain. But I feel bad for the lady who spent her time and money on a 4 hour round trip for nothing. In the future if I win bids on items in Mike's auctions I will reach out to him and ask him to collect all of my lots and put them together in one area instead of leaving them to fend for themselves with a bit of red tape around them to indicate separation. That method makes it far too easy for someone collecting their lot to reach over and grab someone else's lot when Mike and his workers are busy helping other customers.

This experience will not keep me from bidding on other items being sold by Mike's company. Overall he was great to deal with (as were all of his employees) and was very apologetic about the loss of one of my lots.

My wife and I traditionally do a good job of tracking our purchases. This auction closed on Labor Day weekend, causing my wife and I to make a horrible error when it came to the pick up. We contacted the Auction house via email and phone message. They got back to us within an hour. Their response was quite respectful and beyond flexible. We realized that we should have simply forfeited the items that we forgot- all on our own. Thankfully we were treated with tremendous patience and when we picked the items up, a little bit of humor! We were also able to purchase an item that we noticed, hidden in a barn, that was never listed on the auction inventory. Talk about service! I highly recommend people do business with this auction house. They were simply fantastic!
