Winning bidders must bring your own help to carry items out of the house. Our staff WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH PICKUP/LOADING/PACKING. Please bring bags, boxes, packing paper, blankets, hand trucks, a dolly, a helper and any other assistance you may need.
All sales are final, no credits or returns and are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, UNTESTED AND WITH ALL FAULTS.
