*Pick Up for this auction will be SUNDAY OCTOBER 25th from 10am to 3pm. Please note that an alternative “Wednesday Afternoon Pickup” (generally from noon to 2pm) must be arranged in advance after the ...view moreauction, with limited availability.
*Winning bidders are responsible for picking up items, with limited assistance available onsite. Please bring a copy of your paid invoice and your own help for all heavy items as loading up is your responsibility.
*This auction provides dock high access for loading, bring your own boxing and loading supplies.
*Photos provide best representation of items being auctioned. We DO accept calls for additional information on items prior to auction day. As most estate items are pre-owned, vintage, antique, and pre loved... we suggest close photo inspection as there are no refunds or exchanges for winning bids.
*All items are sold “As Is - Where Is” meaning it is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase and to be prepared to pick up items at auction location.
*Shipping through a third party may be an option for smaller non furniture items. Items may be dropped to your shipper for a minimum fee of $20 and additional shipping and packing costs will be your responsibility. Please call for specific information.
*MASKS must be worn for pick up of items, and minimal contact as well as distancing will be encouraged.
*Should you not pick up a winning item within one week of auction, or the time specified, the item may be donated, or scooped by a neighbor! So PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.
