I thought the buyer premium was 18%...now it's 20%? That's very high. eBay is zero!
No pick up but I have to rate it?
I wasn't going to do this but it seems like a lot of people is always trying to find a way to get over on someone. On 11/23/2023 and 12/10/2023, I won 4 cards paying $7536 that had been altered (trimmed and/or added colors). When I reached out to Jeff on 12/11/2023 after receiving the cards back from grading he refused to refund my money.
Deceiving people is never the right thing and blatantly saying you have a no refund policy shows you don't care about your buyers. After all of this I have been doing some research because I don't have $7536 to just give someone.
To everyone who have been wronged by Jeff you may want to look into this:
Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) (15 USC 45) prohibits ''unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.'' The prohibition applies to all persons engagedincommerce, includingbanks.Under section 8 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Board has the authority to take appropriate action when unfair or deceptive acts or practices are discovered.
All I want is what owed to me for the fraudulent cards you sold me without disclosing they had been altered and the money I wasted in the premium buy and getting the cards graded.
Email me you have my email address.
Everything is wonderful! Packaging was safe and secure. Received my package extremely fast after the auction completed!
Why is this user always an issue with payment? I have not had an issue with All-Star Estate Sales. Extremely annoying that this continues to be an issue.
